There are two ways to enter a promotional code in Genshin Impact:
To enter codes from a Navigatoryou will have to connect to the official website of the game and click Redeem Code at the top of the screen. You will then arrive on a page which asks you to choose your Server as well as the Name of your character, and finally to enter the Exchange Code. Once done, tap Redeem code. You will then have a validation message if the code is still active. You can then collect your gifts in the in-game messaging system.
To enter codes from the game, you will have to go to Settings and then click on Account. Go to Promo Code and a new window will open. Enter the codes and validate them by tapping Redeem. You will then find your rewards directly in your in-game mailbox!
