The first wave of Xbox Game Pass games for May 2024 have been announced. Microsoft has revealed the new arrivals and subscribers will get a diverse range of adventures.
In the evening hours, Microsoft unveiled the first wave of the May update to the Xbox Games Pass. Subscribers can once again look forward to a handful of titles that promise them a varied gaming experience.

First of all, those responsible would like to point out once again that from now on the action-adventure “Star Wars: Jedi Survivor” is available on Game Pass via EA Play. So you can enjoy Cal Kestis' second adventure in all its glory.
But now we come to the actual games in the Xbox Game Pass update.
Xbox Game Pass in May
The beginning is already today “Have A Nice Death“. The 2D action roguelite, which puts you in the role of the Grim Reaper, can be played via the cloud, console and PC. Your employees are running amok. The balance of souls is upset. So the boss himself has to take action and get everything back on track.
On Thursday, May 2nd, 2024, Lara Croft will follow again in “Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition“. The first part of the latest trilogy offers gripping fights and survival aspects on a particularly deadly island.

Further titles to follow are the first-person adventure “Kona II: Brumeand the open-world playground “Little Kitty, Big City”. Also Josef Fares' debut work “Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons“ will return to Game Pass in its original version.

Additionally, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will receive a few select benefits. You get the “Season 10 Perks Bundle” for the hero shooter “Overwatch 2”. This contains the legendary skins Medusa Widowmaker and Executioner Junkerqueen as well as the epic skin Visual K Kiriko.
You can also use the “Head Start Kit” to get started in Capcom’s dinosaur action game “Exoprimal”. This gives you direct access to the Vigilant, Murasame and Nimbus exosuits, each with an additional skin.
These games are leaving Xbox Game Pass
Finally, Microsoft also named the games that will be leaving Xbox Game Pass on May 15, 2024. This month the following eight titles hit:

- Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 (Cloud, Console, PC)

- SD Gundam Battle Alliance (Cloud, Console, PC)
- Supraland Six Inches Under (Cloud, Console, PC)
It should be said that a second wave of games will be revealed in the middle of next month, which will expand the Game Pass.
