Highly anticipated on November 14, Dragon Quest 3 Remake is going through the pre-order box, including a well-stocked collector's item, but at a high price.
The good news of the arrival of Dragon Quest 3 Remake HD-2D was made official yesterday during Nintendo Direct. See you on November 14 on PC, PS5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch to relaunch the legend of Erdrick. In the meantime, fans can already pre-order it, in its basic edition or via a collector's item which may or may not be worth its spicy price, depending on everyone's sensitivity.
A collector's item worthy of the legendary Dragon Quest 3 Remake?
First announced in 2021, Dragon Quest 3 Remake HD-2D, paying homage to the legendary original title released in 1988, finally revealed its release date yesterday. It will be followed by Dragon Quest 1 and 2 to complete the legend of Erdrick (this one starting with the third opus because… why not). Inspired by the artistic direction of Octopath Traveler, this Remake should bring great pleasure to early fans and be discovered by a new generation, in better shape than ever. Said fans can already pre-order the game, in particular via a collector's edition.
However, this will not be given, as we can see on the shop from Square Enix. It is in fact offered at 209.99 euros, a price that many fans find a bit excessive. Here is essentially what it contains, to help you determine whether the game is worth it or not:
