This scene present in Act I is not the finest of the opus. Rather direct, it highlights Grukkoh, a bugbear and Buthir, an ogress. Sometimes it's better not to go anywhere, anyhow…

A certain scene from Act I of Baldur's Gate 3 was very successful, in the bad sense of the word. This moment was so obscene that it was removed from the Reddit platform! This scene is known to have shocked more than one person. To do this, we had to enter a barn from which we could hear some strange noises, to say the least. It was obviously possible not to open it, but too many players let curiosity win. They won't soon forget it.

For most players, the scene played out fairly simply. When walking through a village, you explore a little of everything you see. We arrive on a small path which leads to an old stone building, we open the wooden door… and we want to close it right away! Indeed, when the door opens, we discover Grukkoh and Buthir indulging in pleasures, let's say carnal. The ogress growls at us, so much so that the bugbear moves away from his lady, embarrassed. Unfortunately, it will be difficult to dodge the fight from this point on. That said, you can directly choose to attack them, giving you the advantage.

Choices… diverse and varied

Besides the humor playing on surprise, the scene is, like any good scene of Baldur's Gateversatile. Your main choices will surely lead to the couple attacking you, giving way to a fight in the small barn. But depending on your class, it's a different story! Indeed, some dialogue choices appear. Unique to the warrior for example, this is an intimidation roll. This choice allows you to make fun of Grukkoh, more particularly his pride as a man. You ruined the moment so much that the two lovers leave without asking for their rest. The bard also has an additional choice that allows you to avoid combat, but that's not all!

Other than your class, the characters on your team will give you even more versatility. Where some characters will allow you to hear in advance that someone, or something, is having fun, Astarion obviously does not do lace. You can give him the opportunity to open the door himself on the one hand. On the other hand, the companion will allow you to ask the two creatures to join them. So, even during scenes that are anecdotal or shocking in their explicitness, the magic of Baldur's Gate 3 is still there, and allows you to do what you want.
