The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered: Patch 1.1.2 with various improvements is available

As can be seen from the official website, a new patch for “The Last of Us: Part 2 Remastered” is now available. The patch upgrades the PS5 new edition to version 1.1.2 and brings with it various improvements, which are discussed in the official changelog.

When it was released at the end of January, “The Last of Us: Part 2 Remastered” had to struggle with various small errors, which Naughty Dog is gradually fixing with appropriate updates.

Like the developers on the official website confirmed, the next patch for the PS5 new edition is now available for download. The software patch in question has version number 1.1.2 and, according to the developer, fixes a bug with the trophies. Here, individual achievements were not unlocked as intended if you imported your progress from the PS4 version into the PS5 remaster.

After installing update 1.1.2 you should finally be able to secure the corresponding trophies. The other bug fixes affect the user interface or the roguelike mode “No Return”.

  • Several minor audio fixes throughout the game.

Localization

  • Various minor localization fixes throughout the game.

Accessibility

  • [No Return] Fixed an issue that prevented the text-to-speech option from reading leaderboard rankings correctly.


“The Last of Us: Part 2 Remastered” was released for the PS5 in January. In addition to a technically polished version of the campaign, the new edition includes various new content such as the rougelike mode called “No Return”.

According to current reports, “The Last of Us: Part 2 Remastered” is one of the next titles from PlayStation Studios to be made available for PC.

If the information provided by the leaker “Silknight” turns out to be true, then the announcement for the PC will take place during the month of April and therefore in just a few weeks.
