Resistance is futile! Star Trek: Resurgence will finally be released on Steam on May 23, 2024 after a year of exclusivity on the Epic Games Store. On top of that, there are also German subtitles for the game.
So if you haven't been able to play the Telltale-style Star Trek adventure because of the Epic Store or the language barrier, you can now finally get your hands on it. Or you might be lucky and win one of our full versions of the game.
Together with the developers, we are giving away 100 full versions of Star Trek: Resurgence. This is the standard version for Steam.

Star Trek: Resurgence in the test video: A weak game, but a strong experience
The game, created by former Telltale employees, places a lot of emphasis on your decisions. Just like in other Telltale games such as The Walking Dead or Tales from the Borderlands, you will often have to make decisions in conversations that will affect the course of the game.
The story of the adventure with action sequences begins shortly after the events of Star Trek: The Next Generation. At release, tester Sascha Penzhorn criticized the technical condition of the game in particular, but this has improved since then, which is why we have upgraded Star Trek: Resurgence by 10 points to a current rating of 70 out of 100 points.
This means that Star Trek: Resurgence is primarily for Trekkie fans and anyone who loves the special Telltale style. But even those who don't belong to either group and just want an intergalactic adventure could be happy here.
If you are still undecided, it is definitely worth taking part in the competition. If you get a full version, you will have no excuse not to give Star Trek a chance.
