Fans of League of Legends and the animated series Arcane based on the hit game will have to wait a few more months. Season 2 starts on Netflix on November 2nd, 2024.

Waiting for the new season shouldn't get any easier after reading this message. Because the Jinx spokeswoman finds in a new interview big words about what lies ahead in season 2.

In an interview with TechRadar The actress is asked not only about her time in the post-apocalyptic wasteland, but also about her role in Arcane. In the Netflix series, Purnell voices the character Jinx, who, together with her sister Vi, has to somehow survive in a harsh world.

So it's quite possible, that Season 2 of Arcane marks the end of Jinx and Vi's journey – in what form remains to be seen. This assumption receives some support if one considers an earlier statement by Brandon Beck.

The co-founder of the League of Legends studio Riot last year Episode 5 of Bridging the Rifta behind-the-scenes documentary about Arcane, dropped an interesting sentence:

The fact that we spent five hours in Piltover and Zaun [in Staffel 1] and now we're doing it again in the second season before we start to step out of this little corner of the world and this handful of characters – just that scope of possibilities is incredible.
