Pokémon Pokopia is full of attention to detail and offers you endless possibilities for creative diversity. Here we provide you with useful tips and tricks on how to expand your inventory, copy every item or give Pokémon a new home.

Expand inventory and increase stamina

First and foremost, you worry about the Pokémon on your island and that they feel comfortable. But you shouldn’t forget your own character. Visit the PC terminal regularly and look for items such as “Packing for beginners” or “AP-Plus”.

If you want to expand your inventory, buy the “Packing for…” upgrades. You increase your endurance with AP Plus. This means you won’t run out of breath as quickly when you’re working on your island. New levels of these items usually become available after important milestones.

When you visit, keep an eye on the daily items. In general, it is recommended Purchase all instructions earlywhich appear here more often. They are marked with a hammer symbol.

This is how you get any item you want

One of the best tips is about the camera and how you can use it to copy any item in the game world. Let’s say you see a pretty lantern that you want. Pull out your camera by pressing the minus button and point it at the lantern.

A sign with unknown symbols stands on a wooden stand. A wooden fence, a tree and a rocky structure can be seen in the background.

Then press the Y button so that the The name of the item is displayed above it becomes. This way you know that you are doing everything right. If the name doesn’t appear and you take a photo, it won’t work. Now take a photo of the lantern with the A button and go to the nearest Pokémon Center.

Go to the 3D printer on the left and selects the photo with the desired object. The device creates a copy of it and you can remove it. It will automatically go into your inventory and you can do whatever you want with the item. Practical, right?

Optimize storage and chests

Over time in Pokémon Pokopia you will collect many materials, items and furniture that you will want to organize into chests. Otherwise, you will quickly lose track and take a lot of unnecessary steps. As part of our tips, we would like to show you a few tricks that will help you level up your organization.

In a separate guide, we explained to you how Pokémon with the “wood chopping” talent chop up tree trunks into useful lumber. Did you know that you don’t always have to speak directly to a Pokémon for it to use such a talent? You can set up a community box and put logs in it. Sichlor will use it automatically and convert them into lumber.

The more chests you set up, the more likely you are to lose track of the items stored in them. However, you can Hang pictureswhich show you what type of objects are in this box. This goes like this:

  • Craft frames at a workbench for one lumber each. You will receive instructions for this quite early in the game.
  • Places the frame on a wall. In the best case scenario, the picture hangs right above a chestso you can mark them accordingly.
  • Standing in front of the frame, you now press the A button. You can now select an item from your inventory that will be shown in the picture frame.

This makes organizing items and materials much easier. Just remember that one thing Object for the picture frame disappears from your inventory. So only use items that you have a lot of.

Finally, here’s an extra tip for storage chests: If you place a chest on a workbench without any space, it will stretch when producing items the required materials directly from the adjacent chest.

Find Pokémon quickly and easily

Have you made friends with so many Pokémon that you can no longer find some of them? Then there is a simple trick with which you can even teleport to them. First open your Pokédex and select the Pokémon you are looking for. Then press the plus button for “Search”.

You now hold the Pokédex in your hand and can speak to any Pokémon near you. Select the corresponding dialogue and it will show you where the pocket monster you are looking for is. Speak to her Pokémon with the “Teleport” or “Flying” talent on, it will even teleport you to the target.

Less work with farming

The further you progress in Pokémon Pokopia, the more important farming becomes. If you want to grow wheat, vegetables or something else, you should use nature to do this. It takes a lot of time if you water all the seeds or fields yourself every time.

Plant seeds in the ground where a natural water source will do the watering for you. The important thing is that the water touches a block with seeds in it. Otherwise, automatic watering will not work. This saves you a lot of time and work

Assign Pokémon a new home

When you redesign your island, it can happen that you… Destroys a Pokémon’s home. If the pocket monster is nearby, a speech bubble with the sad news will inform you of it. But you can also overlook them. To make the Pokémon feel comfortable again, you can simply assign it to a new home.

Speak to the respective Pokémon and choose the “Follow me!” option. Now go anywhere and build a house or a new habitat. When you’re done, you can talk to the Pokémon again. Now you get in dialogue the option “Would you like to move in here?” and the pocket monster has already moved.
