The big psychological spectacle takes place every year in Pokémon GO. Content that you can use will then be activated within approximately 5 days. Here at MeinMMO we will show you exactly how best to do this.
When does the event take place? The psychological spectacle 2023 starts tomorrow, Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. German time. You will have the opportunity to play the new content extensively and benefit from the bonuses until Sunday, September 24th, 2023 at 8:00 p.m.
The content includes a new shiny, changes to raids and spawns and you can also earn more experience.
What bonus is there? During the Psychic Spectacle Period, you will receive more experience if you catch Pokémon with Curveball throws. However, developer Niantic has not yet revealed exactly how much experience you will gain.
Nevertheless, it is clear that catching during this period should be more worthwhile if you get your ball moving beforehand. The event had a similar focus on curveballs last year.

The psychological spectacle of 2023 at a glance – everything about raids, Pokémon and Shiny
What new shiny is there? For the first time in Pokémon GO you have the opportunity to meet Shiny Monocyto. To increase the probability of this happening, one is running at the same time Temporary research
which is about curveballs and also promises you more experience.
For completing each task you will receive Monocyto encounters. Of course, these are not necessarily shiny, but each represents a chance of getting the coveted new shiny. It’s not one of the strongest psychic attackers, but it will add to your collection.

Increased Shiny chance from eggs What has changed about eggs?
The 7km eggs that you receive from gifts from friends have also been changed to match the event. Here, too, you can get other Pokémon and even have a higher chance of getting Shiny Monocyto than if you encountered it in the wild. In addition to the new Pokémon, you have the chance to get Mega Energy for Simsala, Lahmus, Gardevoir and Meditalis.
