This week Sony revealed the current top downloads on the PlayStation Store. We'll tell you which titles were particularly popular in October 2024. Last month's winners included the shooter “Call of Duty: Black Ops 6.”

A look at the overviews published by Sony makes it clear, on the one hand, that there isn't much of a surprise waiting at the top of the PS5 charts. Instead, the shooter secured himself Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 As expected, it topped the PS5 downloads charts in both Europe and North America. In addition, “Black Ops 6” became the most successful PS4 game in October in North America.
In Europe, the top spot on the PS4 went to EA's soccer title “EA Sports FC 25”which secured third place in the European PS5 charts last month. Second place goes to the anime brawl Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero”.
BioWare's role-playing game, released at the end of October, had a slow, not to say disappointing, start “Dragon Age: The Veilguard”. While it entered ninth place in North America, the fantasy RPG failed to make it into the top 10 in Europe at 11th place.
Another well-known newcomer in October is the remake of the legendary horror classic developed by Bloober Team “Silent Hill 2”. The horror remake entered the October download charts in fourth place in both Europe and North America.
