The feature mirrors content from the PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 to your Android smartphone or iPhone. This means you can continue your game statuses while you're on the go or show friends what gems you have in your game library for Sony's consoles. To do this, you have to set up “Remote Play” in advance on your cell phone and PlayStation 4 or PS5. “Remote Play” can also be used without a paid “PlayStation Plus” subscription.

Play PS4 and PS5 games on your Android phone – here's how

First, you should set up the remote play feature on your console. The function is available on both the PlayStation 4 and PS5. The way to set up is very similar on both consoles:

Remote Play on your cell phone: How is the data consumption?

PS4 and PS5 games on PC and Mac with Remote Play
