• Zerreißen (Fire): A powerful slashing attack that inflicts Burn. “Schlacht” loads faster immediately afterwards.

• Flammenmarsch (No element): Grants an Attack and Defense bonus to the entire group.

• Macht (Fire): Jump and perform an upward strike with high stun power. Grants Stoicism to Percival. “Schlacht” loads faster immediately afterwards.
• Royal Authority (Fire): Causes flames to burst out around Percival. “Schlacht” loads faster immediately afterwards.
• Rot Wirbel (Fire): Hits opponents and generates a swirl of flames in front of Percival that deals continuous damage. “Schlacht” loads faster immediately afterwards.

Support Skills

• Flammen Restung : Opponent attacks do not interrupt Perceval when he charges “Schlacht”.
• Adrenaline rush: Significantly increases the charge speed of “Schlacht” when immediately charged after a combo.

• Lohengrin (Stun) : Reach the town of Seminaria (chapter 6) + spend Emblem of Glory (x 1), Chief's Braid (x 3) and 5000 Rupis at a blacksmith.
• Antwerp (Weak point damage): Reach the rank of Veteran Navigator (endgame – chapter 0) + spend Emblem of Glory (x 1), Orb of Wind (x 1), Griffin Feather (x 3), Griffin Talon (x 1) and 10,000 Rupis at a blacksmith.
• Happy (Critical rate): Reach the rank of Veteran Navigator (endgame – chapter 0) + spend Emblem of Glory (x 1), Water Orb (x 1), Mysterious Alley (x 3), Strange Ice Thorn (x 1) and 10,000 Rupis at a blacksmith.
• Master of Fire (Attack): Unlock the difficulty rank Very Hard (endgame – chapter 0) + spend Emblem of Glory (x 1), Fragment of Fire (x 10), Orb of Fire (x 2), Claw of the Burning Beast (x 3), Breastplate of fiery beast (x 1) and 10,000 Rupis from a blacksmith.
• Gottfried (Catastrophe): Complete the mission “The Fury of Bahamut”. (WARNING!!! Completing this quest with this character does not guarantee acquiring it 100%, the rewards awarded by it being random. What's more, its obtaining rate is very low. Depending on your luck (or your bad luck!), you will probably have to defeat Proto-Bahamut several times. Good luck!)

How to play Percival?

In combat, Perceval couldn't be simpler to play since its gameplay loop mainly revolves around a single technique: “Schlacht”. Can be charged up to 2 times by holding the Triangle key, it can never be interrupted by an opposing attack. In addition, the majority of skills grant a time saving when loading. As for the others, they allow you to slightly boost the character and/or his allies or to inflict a penalty on enemies.
