New pictures show Ellie and Dina on set

Filming for the second season of the TV adaptation of “The Last of Us” began on February 12th in Vancouver, Canada. New pictures are constantly being taken on set that show the actors at work. There have been a few recently Photos from the Washington Liberation Front to see who represents an important faction in the game.

Now the first pictures have emerged of Bella Ramsey and Isabela Merced, who play the characters Ellie and Dinah play. Judging by the costumes, they may have been photographed working on early episodes of the season.

Pictures show Ellie and Dina in the forest

In the new photos, Ramsey and Merced can be seen in a forest-like area. This could suggest that some of the game's early segments were filmed for the show. In it, Ellie and Dina travel through the wilderness on their way to Seattle.

In the pictures, Isabela Merced is wearing Dina's red shirt from the game, but with a thick, blue jacket with a rainbow pattern over it. Bella Ramsey is seen wearing a jacket that looks like Ellie's green jacket from the Seattle sections of “The Last of Us: Part 2” looks.

Other pictures show Ramsey's new hairstyle, which was compared to Ellie's hair from the game. Unlike the character, Bella Ramsey wears her hair half-down with a neat middle parting.

Is Bella Ramsey too young for Ellie?

As some websites report, some fans are criticizing Bella Ramsey's appearance. Ramsey was 17 when the first season of “The Last of Us” was filmed and is now 20, but has hardly changed in appearance. In “The Last of Us: Part 2,” Ellie is 19, around five years older than she was at the events of the first game, and has visibly matured.

Now some fans are asking themselves whether there will be a five-year time jump in the series, as was the case in the game. Maybe this factor will also be changed to make Ramsey's appearance believable. However, the time jump takes place for a different character, Abbyan important role.
