A strange message from a ghoul named Edward Deegan. A Vault 141 Dweller has been spotted. Plus, restore democracy with the Vault Dweller (Event). Please wait…

Strange message…

>>Intercepted letter from Edward Deegan to Jack Cabot<<

Letter 4: October 25th, 2287.

Federal, Parsons State Hospital.

Mr. Cabot

Provides the latest information on Vault 141 escapees.

I hope you're doing well.

My Eyebot picked up four military guys around Beacon Hills and I've been tracking them ever since. They've been everywhere from Spectacle Island to Fort Hagen.

You see, I'm always on the lookout for people who know how to handle dangerous situations, and from what I've heard, they might fit the bill.

He's used to fighting. His leader seems to be someone named “Price”. He's a gruff type. He prefers using a Gauss rifle for long-distance combat. He's a good soldier. I saw him take down a Mirelurk from 100 steps away. He might be the Overseer.

Scarlett at the Dugout Inn said she'd spoken to one of them. His name was Gaz. He was Price's right-hand man. He was good with a pistol, but seemed to be a bit moody.

The man they call “Ghost” is quiet and has a strange face. He might be a ghoul. There's also a short Scottish guy. I wonder how a mall rat like that made it through the selection process.

From what I've tracked, it seems like this team is coming from one of the islands off the coast near the Old Boston Lighthouse, although of course I can't be sure. I haven't been able to pinpoint the exact entrance, and my Pip-Boy is acting up again so I can't say for sure, but I think Vault 141 is located east of here, under an ancient cannon post in the Atlantic Ocean.

You might be a bit worried because they're all British, but they're also a much more reckless and good-natured bunch – and most importantly, they're the most reliable people in battle.

If necessary, arrange a meeting.

Faithful servant,

Edward.

Tracer Pack: Fallout Vault Dwellers

Purchase the Tracer Pack: Fallout Vault Dweller Bundle to instantly unlock the following in-game items:

2 Fallout-themed weapon blueprints

Survive the Wasteland with two new weapon blueprints that use Vault-Tec (tracer bullets) and VATS (censorship) effects.

Equip the M16 weapon blueprint “Vault-Tec Approved” that uses two aftermarket parts: the JAK Cutthroat (Stock) gives you an unmatched combination of speed and stability while aiming, while the JAK Patriot (Conversion Kit) transforms the M16 into a fully automatic rifle, offering superior recoil control and increased stability while aiming.

With a 45-round magazine and two attachments that improve maneuverability and recoil control, this weapon is perfect for laser-killing enemies from afar.

For close-quarters combat, try the HRM-9 weapon blueprint, the “Atomic Disintegrator,” which is well-suited for continuous close-quarters combat. With a 50-round drum magazine, target heat acquisition, improved accuracy and recoil control, and extended range, this SMG is most effective in aimed fire but can also handle mid-range combat.

Plus 4 Operator Skins, 6 Loading Screens, and more

The Fallout bundle includes the Vault 141 operator skins for Price, Ghost, Soap, and Gaz, as well as six loading screens and more. Here's the full list of content:

  • 4x Vault 141 Operator Skins
  • HRM-9 Weapon Blueprint “Atomic Disintegrator”
  • M16 Weapon Blueprint “Vault-Tec Approved”
  • Charms: “Bring it on!”, “Nuka Launcher”
  • “Wasteland Workshop” calling card
  • Decal (large) “SPECIAL is the key!”
  • Vault-Tec Engineer Emblem
