What is bronze used for in Hades 2?
You won't have to play for long Hades II only to realize that you may have to farm a large number of resources different. Plants, minerals, ashes, psyche… There is plenty to do to have a well-filled bag in the sequel to the best independent game of 2020. Among the resources that you will be asked for fairly quickly in the game, you will find in particular bronze.
Indeed, if you want to unlock all the weapons and tools of Hades II, you will have no other choice than to collect a little bronze. For example, you will need it to be able to unlock the Fishing rod where the Silver Skull. However, if you can quite easily find Obsidian or Thread of Destiny by traveling through the Underworld or by talking to the merchant at the Crossroads, bronze may cause you a little more problems.
Where to find bronze in Hades 2?
While bronze would be useful to you from the start of the game to complete your collection of weapons and tools, you will not be able to recover it that quickly. Indeed, to find bronze, you will have to advance enough in the game to unlock a very specific location: the Surface. If you don't want to get spoiled, we advise you to stop reading here and just keep playing (and dying) until you unlock this place.
After a certain number of runs, you will finally end up crossing paths withHermes. The latter will not take long to share with you some rather alarming news concerning the Olympian front facing the forces of Cronos. To help them, you will therefore have to leave your route to the Underworld aside and join them at the Surface, towards Mount Olympus. Before you can get there, however, you will have to unlock access using a certain incantation of the Cauldronwhich should notably cost youShadow. Once you have unlocked access to the Surface, all you need to do is explore the first floor called City of Ephyre to find bronze deposits here and there. Of course, like other minerals, you will need to make sure you are equipped with the Lunar Pickaxe to be able to extract it. Be careful, your first steps on the Surface may well be very complicated before doing the appropriate incantation, which notably requires a little Thalamus.
