The founding duo from Karlsruhe will appear in front of investors in the VOX founders show on Monday evening (September 30th). The lion's den. Their offer: €300,000 for 25 percent of their company shares.

The idea of ​​the two lighting engineers: Three-dimensional, dynamic lighting effects that react to the ambient sound of music, TV series or games.

The Lixl light panels consist of an elegant, 5 cm high aluminum frame, several LED modules and an innovative textile fabric made of plastic fibers, which ensures light curvature and is produced specifically for Lixl. Patrick Fomferra: “Points of light become lines of light and these create a unique depth effect that has never been seen before in a gaming room.”

The combinable modules can be controlled specifically via app – Both individual colors and color gradients are possible, which can optionally be distributed across several Lixl panels. Chris Herbold: “So that streamers and gamers can particularly enjoy Lixl, it supports smart home integration and synchronization with computer games. This turns every gaming room into a real showroom.”

The product is not that cheap: In the Online shop The smallest Lixl panel (format: 25 x 50 cm) is available for €325 – the large model (75 x 50 cm) costs €545. Anyone who wants to use at least part of a room wall seriously will quickly end up with four-digit amounts.
