Now it's official! At the end of this year it will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC in the medieval role-playing game “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2“ go once again to 15th century Bohemia.

Heinrich and Hans return to Bohemia

The story of Heinrich von Skalitz, who was already the focus of the first part, is continued. He will find himself in the middle of a civil war with his squire Sir Hans. And he will continue to be on a quest for revenge after his parents were murdered. From a simple son of a blacksmith to a knight who takes on kings. Heinrich's journey will have a wide impact in “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2”.

Finally, Warhorse Studios has confirmed that players can look forward to two new maps. These will be twice as large as the previous one and will include, among other things, the Bohemian Paradise with the majestic Trosky Castle. The urban surroundings of the silver mining town of Kutná Hora also invite you to explore. This gives players the opportunity to visit what is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site in digital form.

More than five hours of cutscenes tell Heinrich's story in a dramatic way. The combat system will remain true to itself. In other words, the developers continue to rely on a simulation-heavy approach to sword and ranged combat. However, the system has been revised to make it more accessible. The medieval martial arts will continue to be represented realistically, with crossbows and early gunpowder weapons expanding the arsenal.

Of course, role-playing depth should not be missing. You can choose different paths for the quests, while you can develop Heinrich according to your own wishes. All of this is combined with an appealing and lively game world.

If you want, you can also watch the official unveiling event again. As part of this, the developers and actors revealed some details about the medieval role-playing game. Furthermore, Jan Valta, the composer behind “Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2”, gave an impression of the music.
