KB5030305 Windows 11 23H2 [Manueller Download] 22631.2338 and 22621.2338

So a quick beta before the release preview takes over in 23H2. Microsoft released a new update as KB 5030305 tonight. This will update the build number to 22631.2338 (with new features) or 22631.2338 (without new features). Corrections have been made in both versions.
