As noted, the number of developing countries that will develop contacts with Russia will only increase, and in the face of a supply crisis in the market, Asian countries will have no other options.
Since December 5, introduced by Western countries, a “ceiling” of prices for Russian oil has been introduced. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that Russia is considering possible mechanisms to ban the application of the “ceiling” price for the supply of Russian oil.
Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that Russia would not supply anything abroad if it would be contrary to its own interests.
