Added story mode with some changes

The title of chapter 1 will be “you can play football” plus some other details on certain images that you can find in the news by Inazuma Eleven Frontier

Theater mode is added to the main menu, you will be able to rewatch story mode cutscenes.

Disconnection penalty and the “abandon” option

We remind you that there will be disconnection penalties, you get a defeat and loss of items in case of intentional disconnection or due to unstable disconnection. On the other hand, if you are the player who did not leave the game you will receive the victory and keep your items, but no player will gain experience.

The “abandonment” option will be added. As a reminder, this will give you the possibility of keeping your items if you give up (which is not the case with intentional disconnection), however you do not gain experience.

Lag reduction

The volume of data transmitted has been approximately divided by 10, which optimizes the game and reduces lag.

Advanced judge system

We had already mentioned the addition of a system which allows ties to be broken between players, here is how it works in detail:

  • Number of shots : 1 point per shot
  • Number of Focus Battles won : 1 point per Focus
  • Possession of the ball : 0.1 points per percent

The number of focus clashes will be displayed during half-time which was not the case before. As a reminder, focus clashes are the interaction when the player with the ball confronts one of the opposing players wishing to recover the ball

You are not required to enable this option and can disable it before starting a ranked match.

Changed some mechanics during matches

The breach system will change greatly, they will convert the remaining tension into damage inflicted on the opposing goalkeeper's gauge. A guard suffering a breach will receive damage in PG (character endurance) equivalent to the ATK of the shot + the tension of the shooter (for example, if the shooter has 20% tension during a breach it will inflict 20% PG on the guardian). The tension will be completely consumed after a breach.

During defensive zone phases, you could only control defenders. Now it will be possible to move the goalkeeper by pressing ZL

If you press ZL you can toggle between pass mode and strike mode. According to the notes, the difficulty of using strikes has been adjusted.

It will be possible to choose deep passes by holding the B button and this will also allow you to change the trajectory of the ball.

Fixed tactics duration

The effect duration of tactics will no longer be paused during Zone or Focus. As long as the player controls a character, the meter will continue to run; but it will still be paused when the game pauses to choose an option, and will run slower when the Zone slows down the game.

There will be the “lucky star” tactic which will be modified due to the recent change to how the breach and parry works. The tactic will obtain an additional effect, the opponent's breach rate decreases by 10% while your parry rate increases by 10% for the goalkeeper.

Face the Alius team as a Legendary Hero

We had already mentioned that the Alius team will be confrontable at level 50 (the maximum level for the player is 30), you will be able to face this team 3 times per day.

Also the experience obtained when playing against the computer will be doubled, regardless of the match.

Some visual improvements

– Players’ names will be displayed on their jerseys.

– When you score a goal, the ball will continue to spin to make it more impactful.

– 10 new animations when you score a goal. There will be 3 animations which will activate randomly depending on the character's personality.

– An animation of landing on the ground of the player who takes a shot will be added. Previously, players remained in the air even after the shot.

Bug fixes

– Bug during Duels, where characters outside the Duel were oriented strangely.

– Bug where players would not recover the ball when it landed between two players.

– Other minor bugs.

Correction of the translation

Beta 1.0.0 contains translation errors in various languages. These translation errors will be fixed with 1.1.0 and they have improved the translation process to allow for higher quality translation.
