QR codes must be issued to citizens who have a high level of antibodies to COVID-19, said the head of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation Valery Fadeev.
He made such a proposal at a meeting with Vladimir Putin.
“Probably, it would be correct, if there is a high titer of antibodies, the same as after vaccination, to give these people a code as if they had been ill,” REN TV quotes Fadeev.
He also proposed allow visits to public places if there is a negative PCR test for coronavirus. For this, in his opinion, it is necessary to strengthen the system of operational and free testing.
In addition, at the meeting, Fadeev noted that vaccination against COVID-19 is contraindicated for some citizens for health reasons, writes FAN.
At the moment, the QR code can be obtained on the “State Services” portal if there is a certificate of the transferred coronavirus or after undergoing the vaccination procedure.
According to the newspaper “Notices“, From December 1, with the required amount of antibodies to coronavirus, residents of the Oryol region can receive a regional QR code, which is valid for three months from the date of formation.
As Ridus wrote earlier, deputies from the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia proposed issuing QR codes to unofficially ill with coronavirus, as well as to those who were vaccinated with a foreign drug. The parliamentarians stressed that everyone who has antibodies should enjoy all rights on an equal basis with vaccinated citizens.
Meanwhile, the head of the State Duma Committee on Health Protection Dmitry Khubezov said that the issuance of QR codes on the level of antibodies is currently not being considered.
In turn, the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova promised that a study to determine the required protective level of antibodies to coronavirus will be completed in the coming days.
