This is how you activate the codes

You have two options for this. On the one hand, you can do this via this HoYoverse portal do it yourself, or you can do it directly in the game.

About the portal

  1. Visit the website
  2. Enter your server and your character’s name
  3. Enter the code
  4. Collect the rewards in your in-game mailbox

In the game

  3. Click on the three dots below the avatar
  4. Select the “…” option and enter the code there
  5. Get the rewards in your inbox
