Red Bull Kumite, a Street Fighter tournament, is back for a 9th edition and for the occasion a France Qualifier edition has been organized. The goal is to nominate a French player to represent his country during the grand final which will take place in New York. The qualifications took place on February 4 online and the 8 best competed on February 11 in physical form at Concorde Atlantique in Paris. At the end of the tournament, the greatest French hope was crowned.

The ninth edition of Red Bull Kumite takes place on Street Fighter 6, and after competitive qualifications, the top 8 players in the tournament competed to determine a winner.
