In September of last year, Polish developer The Astronauts launched early access for the dark fantasy FPS “Witchfire”, which inherits the spirit of “Painkiller”, and has been working on expanding and improving the content. Reported the participation of former CD PROJEKT RED veteran Rafał Jaki. It was revealed that he has been appointed as the studio's publishing/business development director.
Rafał Jaki is a veteran who contributed to the development of The Witcher, Gwent, and Cyberpunk 2077, served as executive producer and showrunner of Cyberpunk Edgerunners, and writer of Witcher: Ronin, and will leave CD PROJEKT RED in May 2022. He later served as Senior Director of Business Development and Franchise at Techland.
