Just after Netflix, it's the turn of Disney+ to reveal its May line-up. The SVOD platform spoils us with tasty starters. We could have expected a little more content for May 4 on the Star Wars side, but fans already have plenty to do with the particularly full catalog on that side. Still, we will be in good company next month! So what are you going to watch?

New films on Disney+ in May
The Disney+ catalog welcomes big show for the month of May! Between James Cameron-style blockbusters, superhero films and musical films, your eyes and ears will be taken aback. On the documentary side, the platform focuses on English nobility, sharks and the king of puppeteers. Teenagers will finally be able to enjoy the tasty comedy One Night Date, while their parents will pull out their tissues to watch The Banshees of Inisherin.

New series on Disney+ in May 2024
The selection of series joining Disney+ in May is eclectic to say the least. We still find superheroes with Spidey and his Friends, the youth program that will delight little ones. Still on the animation side, The Great North returns for a fourth season, while a new series Star Wars will debut, obviously, on May 4.
At the same time, the live-action series will take us from the royal England of the Tudors to the modern Spain of Shadows of the Past. Another British touch from May, the Doctor will return in a completely new form in the reboot in the cult series Dorctor Who. Note also that Disney+ is slowly opening up to Korean drama, with Uncle Samsik. We are also awaiting the final release date of the event documentary series Camden: A colorful neighborhoodwith the participation of international music stars like Dua Lipa and Chris Martin.
