Electric Abarth 500e for a lot of life. Do electric cars have to imitate internal combustion cars?

The 500e is Abarth’s first electric car, and they certainly don’t want it to sound like a sewing machine. Therefore, the car sounds like crap instead. Or I mean, they’ve put speakers under there in the back that fake real engine noise. And in my opinion, it really sounds like crap. Let internal combustion cars make the noise instead, and let the electric cars be silent. Or what do you think?
