Capoeira fighter Eddy Gordo presents his skills in the introduction video uploaded today. This is the first DLC fighter that will expand the current roster.

To further showcase his acrobatic skills, Bandai Namco uploaded an introduction video for the Brazilian this Good Friday. The publisher named the release date appropriately: From April 4th, players can buy Eddy. Owners of the Year 1 Pass get access three days earlier, so they can play with it from April 1st.

After Eddy Gordo, three more DLC fighters are coming into the game. You can expect one per season. So the next one will follow over the summer.
Patch contains even more than Eddy Gordo
The patch that introduces Eddy brings with it even more content. This includes the Tekken Fighting Pass, which offers daily and weekly missions for online battles. Complete them to unlock items of various types.
A few cosmetic things are also coming into the shop. The Cyber Pack 1 & 2 is offered for all available characters, especially a legendary costume for Yoshimitsu. The developers offer an avatar skin for newcomer Eddy.

Otherwise, Bandai Namco is making several improvements and bug fixes. One of them allows you to end a match immediately if the connection is too bad. Also on the plan are several buffs to bring some fighters more into focus.
You should note: Your current replays can no longer be played after installing the update.
“Tekken 8” is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The price for the standard version is 79.99 euros. If you want to get the Year 1 Pass with the upcoming DLC fighters, you have to go for the Deluxe Edition for 109.99 euros.
