Spoiler alert: Where Furiosa ends up at the end of her film

Still here? Don't say we didn't warn you!

Furiosa actually ends pretty directly in the events of Mad Max: Fury Road. In other words: In the last scene of the film, Furiosa (Anya Taylor-Joy) sets out to hide the women of Immortan Joe (Lachy Hulme) in her war rig and smuggle them out of the citadel. This means that the prequel leads almost directly into the 2015 Mad Max film.

This is also clearly illustrated by the credits sequence of Furiosa: While the cast and crew members responsible are celebrated, we are treated to a montage of familiar Fury Road scenes. In this way, Furiosa introduces the events of Fury Road even more directly and unambiguously.

After the credits there is a very short clip that Bird bobblehead on the dashboard of Nux’s car (Nicholas Hoult). The clip is really only a few seconds long and is more of an Easter egg than a genuine post-credits scene.
