KeokeN Interactive boasted just last week when announcing a port of Deliver Us The Moon for Nintendo Switch, published by Wired Productionsbut only a few days later, suddenly the two founders of the development studio announce terrible news.
In a press release, the CEO Koen Deetman and Managing Director Paul Deetman announce the dismissal of all developers KeokeN Interactive. However, the two men are not closing the studio, which should be reborn in the future with a new game, Deliver Us Homewhich will be financed by a campaign Kickstarter. Heartbroken, we had to lay off our team at KeokeN because nothing substantial materialized directly after our visit to the Game Developers Conference. We have unfortunately exhausted all of our possible options for publishing, work-for-hire, and co-development.
It's our biggest priority to make sure our lovely team finds a new home elsewhere, so if you have any positions available in programming, tech art, porting, level design, audio, animation, production, office management, contact us, so we can introduce you to the best people who have been at the heart of KeokeN over the past 10 years.
Paul and I are heavily defeated, but far from beaten. Our personal mission is to rebuild KeokeN brick by brick like we did before, on behalf of our team and continue the legacy of our games.
It has become abundantly clear that what matters most to us and our team is you, our community. You play our games, you make our games shine, you make us feel special because you believe in us. You're always there in good times and bad, from our first Kickstarter in the past to our recent video asking for help. Thanks to you, we have reached millions of people. We have always needed you and we continue to need you.
Personally, we are soon preparing a Kickstarter for our highly anticipated Deliver Us Home. It's one small step for KeokeN, one giant leap to Delivering Us Home. A game that we will build for you and with you.

KeokeN Interactive is not dead, but it will have to fight to restructure itself and return to the forefront.
