“Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy” was launched in June 2017 as a remastered bundle that revives the original Crash Bandicoot from 1996, developed by Naughty Dog, its 1997 sequel “Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back,” and 1998's “Crash Bandicoot 3: N. Sane,” for the current generation. Activision has now reported its latest sales figures, revealing that seven years after its launch, the game's cumulative global sales have finally surpassed the milestone of 20 million copies.

“Crash Bandicoot N'Sane Trilogy” is a remaster bundle developed by Vicarious Visions, known for co-developing Destiny, remastering the Marvel Ultimate Alliance series, and the ancient Roman version of Call of Duty (now canceled).Since most of the original code and assets created by Naughty Dog are no longer available, the bundle is advertised as a “Remaster+” that adds a number of modern improvements and features, and introduces new elements such as a reconstructed level environment, a revamped save system that combines two methods, a menu system that integrates the three games, and a time trial mode.
