Spider-Man: No Way Home remains a hot topic for comic book fans, as Sony and Marvel still haven’t featured a different Peter Parker or confirmed Tobey Maguire or Andrew Garfield. The latter says in every interview that he will not be in the upcoming blockbuster.

Now, one candy maker used a shot of Garfield in its No Way Home ad on its promo page. Users noticed that Skittles posted an image from The Amazing Spider-Man: High Voltage 2014.

Theoretically, the manufacturer could mix up the frames, but the likelihood of this is small, because the costumes and images of the Spiders differ significantly in each reboot. Many Twitter users have commented that there is no mistake here, and the upcoming No Way Home premiere date and Sony’s silence with Marvel are forcing the company to open up a bit in their promos.
