Borderlands 4: Shift Codes for Golden Keys (Current List July 2026)

The shift codes in Borderlands 4 not only give you golden keys, but also other cosmetic bonuses. Here you will find a regularly updated list of all valid codes for July 2026. We will also show you how to use these codes to unlock chests and collect valuable loot.

Enter and redeem shift codes

In order to use shift codes, you must be on the Gearbox Software’s Shift website Create an account or link the account of the platform on which you play Borderlands 4. In the latest version, this all works directly in the game. You can then simply redeem the codes as follows:

1. Select the item in the main menu or in the pause menu while the game is running “SHiFT” out of.
2. Select the menu item on the left “Rewards” out of.
3. Give in the rider “Redeem” Enter one of the 25-digit codes from the list below and confirm your entry.

The golden keys will then be credited to you directly and you can use them in the game use for all your exterminators. A history of your previous rewards will also be listed under the “Previous Rewards” tab. For the latest shift codes, refer to the table at the top of the article.

Find golden chests

You can use the golden keys from the shift codes to open the golden chests. These exist only in the following four locations on the map:

• The launch pad: Faction town in the southern region “The Welkfelder”.
• Carcadia: Faction city in the northwestern region of “Wastelands of Carcadia”.
• Belton’s bore: Faction town in the northeastern Terminus Reach region.
• Exclusion zone: Shelter in the central Dominion region.

The golden chests will be in the places above also marked on the map with a corresponding box symbolso you can find them easily. You can also get legendary weapons from the gold chests. So keep checking this guide to get the latest shift codes.
