Fruit of independent developer Sam Enright and published by United Label, Beyond Galaxyland presents itself as a 2.5D Adventure / RPG inspired by the classics of the 90s. If we do not yet have information as to its release date, we know that the game will be available later in 2024 on Nintendo Switch and competing media. Moments before the cataclysmic destruction of Earth by an unknown celestial destroyer known as “The End”, high school student Doug is taken to Galaxyland, an idyllic zoo-like solar system of planets. But is this so-called paradise really as beautiful as it looks? Doug embarks on a galactic quest with his guinea pig Boom Boom, a sentient robot called MartyBot, and a host of wacky companions, in a valiant effort to discover the truth behind Galaxyland and, one way or another, undo the apocalypse on his Earth.

Active turn-based combat : Engage in strategic turn-based battles against a wide range of galactic enemies, with time-sensitive defensive gameplay to minimize damage. Each party member has a range of unique abilities, but for added tactical advantage, sneakily scan your enemy before combat to discover their strengths and weaknesses.
Interplanetary exploration : From the blizzard-swept planes of Arcos to the tropical jungle ravines of Erros, from the cities of Neo to the barren sand dunes of Xalm, explore a cosmic set of unique worlds, each with their own quests, environmental puzzles and its unusual characters.
A classic sci-fi adventure : A 2.5D semi-open-world adventure game set in a classic sci-fi story that pays homage to family adventure and sci-fi films. Beyond Galaxyland's story is one of laughter, loss, peril, and friendship, all wrapped in a dazzling layer of neon-tastic pixels.
Epic boss fights : Encounter 25 epic bosses across numerous alien journeys, including colossal space dragons, flesh-eating flowers, and the all-knowing bionic juggernaut that is the Nexus Spirit.
Capture and use enemies : Capture the many strange and wonderful creatures encountered on the different worlds, each with exclusive abilities, and then release them in the heat of battle.
