Combined with Beidou high-precision real-time positioning, it can continuously detect the traffic lights ahead,More than 1 million traffic lights across the country automatically trigger green wave reminders.

After the traffic light radar is turned on, the map area will be more concise, and the key information is clear at a glance.And there is no voice broadcast, and the navigation is silent throughout.

In addition to traffic light radar, Baidu Maps also launched a traffic light countdown function in October 2020. Baidu Maps newly upgraded the “Traffic Light Countdown” function last year, which not only covers more cities, but also adds new support for novice scenarios, and continues to improve the user’s driving experience.

In December last year, Baidu Maps announced that the coverage of traffic light countdown officially exceeded 1 million, supporting nearly 3,000 cities, districts and counties across the country, and the average daily service volume has exceeded 200 million people.
