Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit was originally released in 2010 – the remastered edition was released in 2020 for the PS4 and includes the base game along with all the main DLCs in beefed up graphics. The NfS original was convincing across the board in 2010 – but the remaster has to accept a few points less on Metacritic. On the PS4, the game achieves a Metascore of 75. However, the user score is rather mediocre at 5.6 out of 10 points.
