Astropad Darkboard for iPad comes with a convenient folding stand

Last fall, Astropad, the makers of Astropad Studio and Luna Display, launched a handy tool for iPad artists and creators called Darkboard. The ultra-light, ergonomic drawing surface now comes with a foldable stand.

In case you missed it at launch, here’s how Astropad describes Darkboard:

“We know creatives use the iPad for work because it’s powerful and versatile. But the iPad alone is often not very usable in the way that most creatives work today—on the road, on the couch, or in bed. That’s why we created Darkboard.”

Now Astropad has improved the Darkboard with a foldable stand that offers two corners to make it more comfortable to use in more places. This means you can use it with an easel, upright or on your knees.

Darkboard also comes with a neoprene sheath that is stain, water, oil and heat resistant.
