Apple launched an updated technical support site (not in Russia).
One of the main changes was the replacement of outdated boring icons with photos of real people and gadgets. The site header now contains large images of devices with links to various categories.
The new design also offers three high-level links to some of Apple’s most common support topics:
• Forgot Apple ID or password
• Repair at Apple
• Billing and subscriptions
In them, Apple encourages users to search for more similar themes, update to iOS 16, and contact support via phone, chat, or email. There are also warnings about counterfeit parts.
In addition, the AppleCare+ insurance program is highlighted, specifically noting that it provides “unlimited repairs to protect against accidental damage, 24/7 priority access to Apple experts, and more.” [9to5]
