Apple continues to work on its future application for classical music!

This summer, Apple has Free Primephonic, the classical music streaming service in order to integrate it with Apple Music and improve the user experience. The platform intended to offer an exceptional listening experience with search and navigation functionality specially optimized for classical music, as well as cutting-edge recommendations and contextual details about repertoire and recordings.

In the process, she said she would launch a new application dedicated to classical music in 2022. The latter should combine the user interface and features of Primephonic with Apple Music and features such as Lossless and Spatial Audio.

Based on a job posting published on his site, Apple would be actively seeking a UX designer to work on this new application. Note that the position is based in London or Amsterdam, and very explicitly aims the development of new perspectives specifically for Primephonic. Reference is also made to a separate experience for classical music, including the visual, audio and haptic aspects.

At last, the wording of the announcement seems to indicate that the Primephonic brand will survive in 2022, maybe Cupertino will transform / merge it -with a swipe of the wand- into its new application. In addition, the site Web from Primephonic now says: We’re working on an amazing new classical music experience from Apple for the start of next year..
