All Insignia of the Sun in Paper Mario: Legend of the Aeon Gate

Paper Mario: The Legend of the Aeon Gate not only brings a true classic to a current console, but also has a lot to offer. By this we don't just mean an entertaining combat system and a lot of humor, but also the collection stuff.

In addition to the Star Shards, there are 42 Sun Insignias to collect. These are not only fun to find but also extremely useful. You can have each of your seven partners upgraded twice by Merlon, which will allow them to learn new attacks and become stronger. But insignia cannot be found in all areas. You can save yourself the search here:

Blanks – Ostend

• There is an insignia in the back room of Bart-omb's apartment.
• Squeeze through the narrow gap between the two houses and fly to the left with Yoshi. Hop on the crates there and grab the insignia.

Blanks – Westend

• Use Bart-omb's ability to blow up the dilapidated wall to the left of the shop. There is a sun hidden behind it.
• If you enter Westend from the center, you go into the first house. At the top right you can pass through a passage if you curl up. An insignia awaits you outside on the right.

Rohlinger Catacombs

• In the room with the Aeon Gate you have to jump all the way up in the left back corner. You will of course be rewarded for this.
• In the room with the fast travel tubes, you have to break the yellow block to get the insignia.
• In Westend, fall through the grate into the catacombs. Then flutter to the left with the little Yoshi and grab the sun.
• In the room with the pipe that takes you to the Valley of Fire, you have to transform yourself into a paper ship. So you can sail to the right to the next insignia.
• There is another sun hiding above the pillar where Sparklingbeard is standing. To get there, you have to blow up the dilapidated area to the left of the house with Bart-omb's help. Then jump up between the two houses at the back and shimmy along the pipes to the right until you can drop onto the roof. Then hop to the right onto the pillar and grab the insignia.

• All good things come in threes! In the second basement, run to the left and continue behind the wall to the left. Transform into a paper ship and sail as far to the right as possible. As a reward for the long journey, three insignias await you at once.
• In the room with the red key, the block is clearly visible floating in the middle of the room.
• In the room where you meet Nagerine there is an insignia near the treasure chests.
• Next to the door with the blue lock another sun is waiting for you.

Wonder Forest

• On the way to Aerona's house you have to raise the tube and the flight platform to progress. Before you turn into a paper airplane, grab the insignia to the left of the platform with Koopio's help.

Big tree

• On the ground floor, go to the bottom right of the room where you can put the Bubus in soap bubbles to find another insignia.

• On the second floor, blow the obstacle away from the airfield with Aerona's help and then fly down. In the basement, hop over the black and white blocks to get to one.
• After you get the jump boots, you will come to a room with three black and white blocks. Once you have filled the room with water using a switch located in another room, you can access the insignia using the floating leaves.
• Use a stomp attack in the room where you solved the symbol puzzle. Drop down and land on the black and white block with the insignia you may have seen before.

From large trees you can now fly high into the air like a falcon: On the next page you will find the insignia of the sun in the areas of Falkenheim, Falkenheim Arena, Darkway, Haunted Abbey, Isla Corsaria, Pirate Cave, Glimmer Liner, Tulip Brook, Bath Glimmerich, Glimmer Temple, Road to Greatfrostheim and Greatfrostheim.
