During Chapter 4 of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, you and Cloud must lead the 7th Infantry in the Junon Parade and can win the prize for the most successful performance and unlock the “Pride of Midgar” trophy. Find all guardsmen (company, stop!)

Once you have gathered all the units, the trophy should unlock and you can go to the high commander at the northern end of the parade ground to start the Junon parade.
Best formation for the Junon parade
When talking to the commander in chief, first choose the option “I want to change the formation.”. This will take you to the menu with the parade formations, where you can manage all previously assembled units. Of the ten units, you can allocate five for the parade. You will receive a formation bonus if you connect as many units of the same type (same color) as possible.

If you want to make it the easiest for yourself, you can choose the five guards units. You get the highest formation bonus of 4 and the difficulty level of all three performances is only one out of three stars. This results in the simplest sequence of QTEs.
A notice: With this formation you can not win the special prize for the most successful performance and therefore miss out on the “The Pride of Midgar” trophy, because even with a flawless performance you won't achieve the necessary number of points because the difficulty level is too easy.
To have a chance of winning the prize, you should include both grenadiers and assault guards as well as the fire guard in your formation.
Unlock The Pride of Midgar
With the formation like the picture, all performances take place at the highest level of difficulty and the QTEs become correspondingly more difficult. However, the point bonuses also skyrocket. To receive the Best Performance award and unlock the Pride of Midgar trophy, you must have a viewer rating of at least 100,000 points. After each performance, you will see the interim results.
To be on the safe side, you should create a save file before the parade starts so that you can quickly reload if you fail. However, the challenge is easier than you would think, because even if you make a lot of mistakes on the QTEs, a score of over 100,000 is relatively easy because the difficulty level is so high.
If you have reached 100,000 points, Heidegger will present you with the prize in the subsequent cutscene and the trophy will be unlocked. If he gives the prize to Roche and his unit instead, then you know the score wasn't enough. In such a case, you should use your last save and try again.
