'1 vs. 100 returns to Xbox'

That reports journalist Jeff Grubb on the Giant Bomb show. The game is said to be in development at Altspace VR, which is part of Microsoft’s Mixed Reality division.

In 2009 it was 1 vs. 100 available on Xbox 360. One player competed against a hundred other players and all other interested parties could watch. Several knowledge questions had to be answered. Among other things, players had a chance to earn 10,000 Microsoft points.

“1 vs. 100 returns,” said Grubb. “I’m sure they’re making that game… and it’s coming from AltspaceVR. They’re leading the project and they’re going to use the avatars we saw in the Microsoft Teams presentation last week for that.”
